Jesús Vicente Zambada Niebla is a Mexican drug lord. He is a former high-ranking Sinaloa Cartel member. It was a group based in Sinaloa. People also know him as “El Vicentillo.” Teresa Zambada Niebla is the son of the most desired Mexican drug lord Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada. Later, Police arrested him on 19 March 2009 in Mexico City.
